It obviously would be great if Irish specific issues such as excise, grants, and product format were covered.

That would require a similar type of course over here I would say, and the market is just not big enough to warrant it.

hi all

i'm new,

i got talking to one of the lads here about beer
while doing a wee job and it got me to thinking
"why the hell have i not tried homebrew!"
im big into coffee and roast my own
but i'd rather drink beer!

i like a wide range of the better beers and look forward
to knocking up a few clones when i find my feet

so anyway, i got a basic setup and a muntons smugglers ale kit and its bubbling away since wednesday,
