I'm Darren and discovered craft beer 2 years ago and have never looked back. Got a present of a homebrew kit over Christmas and the beer is now bottle conditioning. Another 3 weeks to go. I started homebrewing last year with kits.
Moved onto Extract and have just racked my first all-grain.
