Hmmm, where to find a great big walk in freezer in Galway . 16 years 5 months ago #283

I just stumbled upon this thread. I'm new to this home brewing craic and I've just placed my 2nd order with Brian this weekend because of his great prices for beginners, great service and he's very approachable.

It's great to see how he's taken on board a lot of critism thrown at him and built on it.

Also, to solve your big walk in freezer issue, have you thought of trying to source a refridgerated container off the back of a truck. A friend of mine got one a few years for storage, plugged a generator into it and it's been doing the job ever since.

O and also, I have to start claiming my 5% discount off you in future!!

Its all a bit academic now anyway because we cant get 25 Kg of spraymalt at that price again. We can do spraymalt really cheap though if we pack them as part of an extract brewing pack. I.e. we can do 3 Kg of Muntons Light Spraymalt for 18 Euros as part of an extract pack. Anybody got any ideas on an extract brew pack, like a list of ingredients so that we can put it up as a product on the site?

Brian

The last 25 Kg lot that came in was actually a box of 50 by 500 grm bags so the lads that got it did very well. The 3 Kg pack I'm talking about is actually 6 by 500 grm Muntons spraymalt bags.
