Hello, originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, now live in Cork. Just started doing all grain. Looking to get advice and make friends with other homebrewers

Hi Folks,
Adrian from Limerick but currently based in Dublin. Long time reader, first time poster. Have never actually done any brewing myself(probably need to get myself an actual house first ), but really enjoy craft beer and particularly irish craft beer.

Welcome Adrian, I was lurking here for a good while before I was ready to start getting my brew on. If you're interested in the brewing side of things maybe you should look into doing extract or brew in a bag.

I was down in limerick a couple of weeks ago and had my first pint of ruby from white gypsy, glad to see ye have a bit of craft beer available down there!!

If you do feel like starting some home brewing ask away all the questions in the world! The lads here seem to know everything! (I don't mean that way, there is a huge amount of knowledge here to be shared!)

"House ¦ Smhouse!!" NO problem:

Parents or mates have house/apartments/garages/sheds:

Day 1: Do the brew and pitch the yeast into a fermenter
Day 15 or later: OR whenever you can get back: Check the fermenter. If ready rack to secodary.
If not give it another week:
Later: Rack off into secondary:
Even later: keg or bottle and thank parents/mates for the invasion and promise to be back with the beer

Will
