Hi there,

Just a quick intro. On my third batch of home brew, thus far all three from kits. Looking to make my own kettle from beer keg if I can source a keg and try some all grains brews. Previous efforts were pale ale and red ale. Like the idea of growing my own hops as I have a sunny garden and good soil that should work. Site is very impressive and a good source of info

A Slow hello and a big thanks,

Hi how's it going? Been lurking for quiet some time, over a year now! So about time to do an introduction. Firstly, I have to say what a great site this is. Done a few kits and slowly making my way to all grain.A hole saw bust out back so boiler project is officially on hold - It would appear power tools and Fuller's ESB aren't a great pairing! Anyway like a lot of people here (I guess) got an interest in beer after living abroad - met a homebrewer while away who showed me how good the stuff can taste, randomly won a couple of electric kettles at a raffle about 18 months ago, at the time googled kettle elements and homebrew and up came Beoir! Been reading your posts ever since so have to say a big thanks - great advice here. A great community and refreshing to see craft beer taking off in the last few years. Even my local offie is stocking some ICB now (8 Degrees). Anyway a big thanks.
