Hi,

I've actually been a member for a while but only really started using the website properly the past month or so.
I recently moved back from New Zealand where the Craft Beer industry has grown exponentially in the past 2 years. Wellington which has a population of about 150,000 has 5 micros and 12 to15 craft beer pubs.
Anyway this is where I started home brewing from kits with a friend of mine. Since moving home I’ve gone the all grain route and I’ve now done 4 batches.
I home to meet some other keen brewers and hopefully learn some new tricks and tips.

Cathal

Hello Beoir Board!!! Been lurking for a month or so, really love the board and what the group is doing for the promotion of the scene in Ireland.
Been working in cask ale pubs and various micro breweries in England for several years but I'm home sweet home now

Welcome, can we really "cask you anything"?

Anything you like, I'm not saying I'll be able to answer it though

Hi everyone! As I am new to Beoir I thought I would introduce myself. Tom Andrews here from Cobh. I am always interested in drinking different beers, particularly craft and local brews. Unfortunately no pub (that I can find) stock such beers in Cobh area. It is a desert of mediocrity!

Welcome aboard, Tom. Time to start asking some of the Cobh pubs to get at least some Rebel Red bottles in.
