Great thread , nice to see that I am not alone in thinking about a microbrewery , it is interesting and also depressing how hard the bond/licence is to procure.Surely starting a new business should be encouraged , as in the amount of potential taxes involved for the revenue commission.Something just occurred to me , how many times would a pint be taxed ?
