I suppose that's the dilemma of any business, trying not to over stock.

Suppose he could just buy in bulk and offer it at a decent price to shift it. Worked with the DME.

For me it's the lack of options on the Hops & Yeast that's a downer.

The yeast market is kinda tied up. There is only one supplier of Wyeast in the country for example.

No suppliers of white labs though

An you can buy directly of these company with out have to go through a middle man

I think covering the popular dry yeasts would be a good start. i.e. Safale and Danstar.

Try it.

They will refer you to the local supplier as there is an exclusive deal.
