Personally Id be less fussed about the hop schedule than the variety....

Okely dokely. Will try to match the kit stats.

The reason I mentioned the hop schedule as opposed to variety was due to my assumption that we would be looking at bittering hops only. The kit will not have flavour/aroma hops (unless hacked), so would it make sense to replicate that for extract/all grain?

But the hacked one will. It would be best if some people did do late hopping and some didn't, just to mix it up.
