So now we have
Me - Kit
Me - sbillings kit
BeerNut - Kit
Nimbus - Extract
Brian_C - Extract
SBillings - All-grain
Saruman - All-grain
Delboy - All-grain
You know, if we got just one more extractor then we'd have a nice even 9...

Im not sure how handy that would be for people (probably even less handy than going to Bray! <!-- s:shock: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_eek.gif" alt="" title="Shocked" /><!-- s:shock: --> ) Do people have a preference?

Could you be persuaded to try a lager yeast instead? That way we'd have
BeerNut - unhacked 'Lager' Kit using sugar (OG 1.045, 21 IBU)
Me - unhacked 'old' kit using sugar (OG ??, ?? IBU)
Me - hacked Kit, using DME & boiled hop extract, maybe dry hopped also (OG 1.045, 30 IBU)
Nimbus - Extract, Blonde Ale, not temp control (OG ??, ?? IBU)
Brian_C - Extract, Blonde Ale, not temp control (OG ??, ?? IBU)
Bigears - Extract, Lager, Temp control (OG ??, ?? IBU)
SBillings - All-grain Blonde, temp control? (OG ??, 35 IBU)
Saruman - All-grain Blonde, no tepm control (OG ??, ?? IBU)
Delboy - All-grain Lager with temp control (OG 1.045, 21 IBU)
Is there anything else that would be good to test here? Any other suggested tweaks to make it more interesting?

I presume its a free for all on the hop choice and schedule (there is any number of ways to hit 21 IBUs). I don't mind being constrained though if we thing it will allow a better comparison.
