Got these down on Wednesday and Thursday night respectively. Ive named them Knight Industries Two Thousand (cos Im a child of the 70's) and The Haka (cos I likes me rugby) respectively.
One of my subesequent beers has also shown up with an infectiong which I *think* Ive traced back to a stirring paddle (£*€&ing stirring paddle!!) So heres hoping that they survive the great beermaking disaster that was my house infection which claimed the grisley total of 100l of beer (>_<). If they go bad Im telling you now that they're not being brought to the taste-off.

100l? Oh dear... commiserations, it's not nice to lose batches for whatever reason.

So am I the last go on this? I wasn't planning to brew for another couple of weeks, for that fresh kit-and-kilo flavour.

Nah, I think there's too many for that. We'll run a production-line blind tasting service on the day.
