Ahem....


Well, this beer turned out really well. It's much closer to a Munich Helles than I thought I could get with an extract based beer and was very enjoyable. A little too enjoyable to be honest as when I went to bottle from the keg yesterday I only got half a bottle before the keg was empty <!-- s:oops: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_redface.gif" alt=":oops:" title="Embarassed" /><!-- s:oops: -->

I'll have to make it again but I'm afraid it's off the list for the taste challenge <!-- s:? --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_confused.gif" alt=":?" title="Confused" /><!-- s:? -->

2. SBillings (All-grain: Seisiún (Pseudo-Lager))
3. brian_c (Extract: Blonde Ale, partial boil)
4. Saruman (All-Grain: Pseudo-Lager - no temp control)
