I don't think i've yet managed to make anything decent using dried lager yeast, any that have been good have been liquid.
Im going to order some brewlabs lager yeast and see how that performs. Well, this beer turned out really well. It's much closer to a Munich Helles than I thought I could get with an extract based beer and was very enjoyable. A little too enjoyable to be honest as when I went to bottle from the keg yesterday I only got half a bottle before the keg was empty <!-- s:oops: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_redface.gif" alt="" title="Embarassed" /><!-- s:oops: -->

I'll have to make it again but I'm afraid it's off the list for the taste challenge <!-- s:? --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_confused.gif" alt="" title="Confused" /><!-- s:? -->
