Well, we're going to be tasting the blondes blind and seeing if we can spot the differences.

But please do stick your name down and bring beer along. I'll PM you directions closer to the date.

Same for everyone.

Permission slip from Mrs Sarnie signed. I'll be there. Can bring some extract SNPA clone and my all-grain winter ale should be nicely conditioned by then. Let me know in advance roughly how much to bring.

Stick your name down below if you're coming along: 3pm on Saturday 4th December. If you're bringing a challenge beer, tell us if it's Kit, Extract or All-Grain.

Delboy, are you still up for this? If not, and you'd like to donate, can I meet you at the Ulster Hall this Saturday?

And, of course, if anyone wants to bring any other homebrews along for a general homebrew shindig, that's fine. 'Cos there's no way I'm drinking kit lager all evening for one thing...

Don't think im going to be able to make either this do or the beer festival for that matter, i tasted the lager not so long ago and its total pants to be honest, the ale from exactly the same wort was great though.
I don't think i've yet managed to make anything decent using dried lager yeast, any that have been good have been liquid.
Im going to order some brewlabs lager yeast and see how that performs. Anyway sorry for the non-particpation, hope it goes well and i look forward to reading the write up <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->
