Sounds about right. I'll have to start bringing them in one-by-one between now and then <!-- s;) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt="

Also, on the food side, Geoff said they'd do some nice stuff up for the same kind of price as the finger food they normally do upstairs. What we can do is get a cost per person and have a whip-round on the night to cover food.
Similarly on the commercial beer examples. We don't want to be abusing the hospitality, especially as I can't think of another bar that would let us bring in something like 28 litres of home made beer! I'm not sure how much of each commercial example we'll want for tasting purposes, but it depends on the number. We could always do the ICB Wheat/Wit examples tasting first, then let people buy whatever commercial examples they want to try, relax a bit and have a drink and a chat, then move on to the IPAs, again followed by buying your choice of IPA. Will make it easier to organise, and sure people can swap around to try other peoples beers and sip any left over ICB beers. Ultimate flexibility! <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="
