From a quick count I make it so far:
21 attendees
4 IPAs
5 wits (including Seán's wheat beer)
12 sponges.

Yep. If you look at the first post in the attendance thread I've been updating (end of each day) a list of who and what will be there. Didn't think of Sponges though

Ah yes. Excellent. I think counting sponges is important from the brewers' point-of-view so you can calculate how much you'll all need to bring to keep the rest of us pacified. I'm sure none of you would want to be responsible for those lovely tables being smashed up. Or for teaching the Garda attending the scene how to spell "defenestration".

I'm just saying.

Mine is more wheat than wit too. Although it won't be anything if I don't get the finger out and bottle it. It'll certainly be young anyway!

lol. They'll have to take that big canvas advertisement off the big window for defenestration to happen on a truely grand scale

But yes, I was talking to n1mbus over the weekend on how much of each booze sample should be brought to the table. I was thinking about 1/3 of a bottle per person for tasting purposes, but if anyone has suggestions I'm all ears. Considering there'll be about 10 ICB brews, plus say 2-3 of each (Wheat/Wit and IPA) commercial type to taste, and probably some normal drinking after, we don't want to be responsible for a puke-fest

Just to clarify here, by "Sponge", do you mean someone who drinks a lot, or someone who is just there for the free drink?
Just want to be sure....
