I do love a challege but there is no indication of timeline other than 'November' and capacity and logistics wise I doubt I could deliver.

Option1: Source this from the Macros as discussed previously.
Option2: Talk to the Micros, see if one of them want their name in lights!
Option3: Beoir...

The standard Homebrewer Keg is a Cornelius Keg or 'Corny' Keg which contains 19.5litres, pub kegs are 40litres, you say 5 Kegs, so you might need 10 Corny Kegs depending on how thirsty your actors are.

It could be taken on board here, but need to get some info together.
When exactly is it required? First Date - Last Date
Total Volume? 5 x 40L <=> 10 x 20L ?
Volume per night/week?
Where is it required?
Would there be space on stage(under the counter) for fridge/kegerator/Gas?
Does this have to be wheeled in and out?
Who is going to do the kegswaps/line cleaning?
What sort of beer?
3 to 4 weeks would be required to get to the first batch, from then, sequential production can roll weekly if being brewed by the same brewer.
Alternatively, 5 or 10 brewers can work from the same recipe to produce the same beer as a batch at more-or less the same time.

There is a lot of coordinating and logistics involved and costs/transport would need to be covered.

I think Option 1 or 2 is easier

Thoughts?

And the minute money changes hands at very best you're in a very grey area regarding the law. I'd go so far as to say you're breaking it

Non Alcoholic?

But there are plenty of food safety laws that would be breached I'd say, just from a certification point of view, I believe the processes most of us follow when cleaning our equipment and ensuring no contamination are of a fairly high standard.

have to agree with the food saftey point. masses of red tape and health inspectors.

is the story of the play relient on beer? or could cider be a alternitave as carbonated apple juice (cidona) is a similar looking product.

If there is consideration involved[/url:238am9yt] then you would be breaking the law.

OP, why are you trying to get beer at all. Coloured water with a foaming agent for head.
