I think the Irish Life Mall is a good location. It's central to everybody in Dublin, has as many transport links as you can throw a stick at (which is a lot)and has a public carpark facility in the basement. Donal, i'm sure will still provide a delivery service from both shops so you can go in a buy some small items and get the larger ones delivered.
He has also promised to consume/taste some of my concoctions (and possibly poison himself in the process) and give feedback on how to improve my brewing techniques, this is great for a first time starter like myself.
