I have a nice batch of beetroot flavoured eggs pickling for the last week in anticipation of a beer tasting this Friday night. When I was an apprentice butcher we used to make a pork stir fry from skinned leg of pork. The skin would go in the bin unless i liberated it. Used to get aprox 1/2 m sq of skin and roast it up for myself and the mates to have in front of the telly. missed the whole movie. Couldn't hear a word but it was a delicious movie.
