we will be both draught and bottle baconsarnie. And we are growing some hops as an experiment, not sure how viable they will be for commercial scale brewing but we'll wait and see!

Welcome! Great to see a microbrewery in Laois.

As a Laois man living in Carlow this is great news. Looking forward to seeing your beers appear across the county line!

Hi folks, I've just realised while scrolling through this thread, I have yet to introduce myself. My name is Dave, I'm a brewer at Bo Bristle and a Beoir member since October 2012. I've always done a little home brewing, not as much as of late with work and home commitments but hope to get back at it soon. I'm 12 months brewing commercially, after completing a 9 month Jobsbridge, during which time I studied and passed the GCB with IBD. I have been in full time employment since, which is proof that the system does work in the right environment. Cheers!

Welcome Dave! If you change the recipe of Bo Bristle IPA we will kill you. LOL!

Hello there, my name is Stephen Flanagan and I'm a product of Belfast living in Dublin for 14 years.

Went from hating beer as a teenager to exploring new beers in the space of a few years. Fell for Chimay Red in the mid nineties and haven't looked back since.

Really loving the craft beer scene in Ireland at the minute and hoping to put my support behind it with a business idea soon....

Does anyone have the Bord Bia Craft Beer and Cider report from 2012 they could send me and any other market data? I've found some decent reports based on the U.S. market but that's about as far as I've got.

Many thanks in advance,

Stephen
