Welcome Stephen. Your best bet would be to contact Bord Bia about the report (<!-- e --><a href="This email address is being protected from spambots. There was a newer one than the 2012 report though I'm not sure it it's officially published. They'll be able to tell you.

Hi, my name is Fionn, I'm a home-brewer and the imports manager for Wallace Wine Bars.
Currently importing craft beers from Almond 22, LoverBeer, Birrificio Barley, Birrificio Montegioco, and Extraomnes. Starting with Foglie D'Erba in October.
These guys will all be coming over to do beer tastings over the course of the next year, perhaps some of you might be interested?
The head brewers from Almond 22 and Foglie D'Erba will be over at the start of November. Anyway will let you know when I have the details.
Best,
F

Welcome Fionn, I'm sure some people would be interested. Get in touch with Beer Club in Belfast as they may also be interested in hosting tastings

Hello beoirs (I know, 'beoir' means beer, but also girlfriend, so I should be careful with the word)

I'm re-introducing myself here.

I participated in the forum and some of the meetings in 2011. I guess I'm the the only Brazilian here. Which, considering the number of Brazilians in Dublin, is quite surprising!

I've returned to Brazil in 2012 and, but in October I'm returning to Ireland.

'Beerwise' it is very interesting to make the paralell Brazil-Ireland. Our craft beer scene started to grow at the exactly same time!

Looking forward to attending the beoir meetings again! And I hope to find nice beer in my favourite Irish Traditional Music (you know I'm a huge fan!) pubs (OK the Cobblestone always had nice beer, I hope Hughes and the Comhaltas branches had followed them)!

Tiago.
