Bord Bia were very helpful, they sent me on a number of reports including a Mintel one on Ireland from June 2014. Happy to share if people haven't seen it. Their 2014 report isn't out yet, she sent me the 2012 one. Thanks again!

Hello Everyone,

I am new to the brewing scene (As in - I know nothing) but hugely interested and always have been. I would love to start my own brewery in the years to come. I'm currently studying Business Management and would love to go into business in brewing down the line. It's great to see the market for craft beer picking up in Ireland. I've only tried a handful to date but there's plenty of time to change that, especially with the Craft Beer Festival coming up.

I live in Dublin. Got into beer drinking in my 20s via a boyfriend who likes craft beer.

Have tried most types by this stage but love finding new things.
I also draw things. I used to draw cartoons in the bathrooms of WJ Kavanagh's in Dublin, designed the Otterbank Farami logo and this year's craft beer fest t-shirt.

I have an interest in brewing but haven't tried.
