Hi All,

My name is Liam, as you probably figured, <!-- s:roll: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_rolleyes.gif" alt="" title="Rolling Eyes" /><!-- s:roll: --> , and I'm a craft beer drinker since I had my epiphany on a trip to Belgium a few years ago. I'm no Spring Chicken - Perhaps more of a Indian-Summer Rooster? - and I have a modest knowledge with regard to beer types and styles, but I'm always looking to learn more.

Looking forward to contributing to the beery talk and maybe some foody ones too. (I do some egg pickling and pork crackling for example!)

Not brewing yet but did a couple of kits a few years back and hope to get in to small batch brewing very soon, so will need some help on that no doubt.

I travel for beer but not as much as I used to or would like. (Last festival of sorts was the one in Brewery Corner in Kilkenny some weeks back and before that I was at a 220 cask beer festival in Ludlow England in May.)
