hi there!

hey, thanks for the warm welcome. so many replies in one day! o do enjoy the lager round here, im exaturating. to give you just an example of one of my favourite austrian pilsners go here: [url:hph9d86n]http://www.trumer-international.com/[/url:hph9d86n] they even have an international website.

@thebeernut yes i know 1516, as a matter of fact i live 10 minute walking distance from there. it used to be my kind of local. until they threw me out in the most unfriendly manner. i got over their constant tinkering with the bill by making friends with the barman. the problem is the staff's, bouncer's and even manager's attitudes. i wont go into detial, i cant be caught swearing @ an admin on my 2nd day <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

@oblivious yeah. müllenbräu is gorgous. have you noticed most regulars own their own jug and get a discount for brining it? they even have lockers in the basement for people's glasses and jugs. loveley!

Hi all

Galway based h-brewer, been using kits for about a year now, great to see it really taking off and pubs etc now offering decent beers, looking forward to reading up on stuff here and getting ideas. Have to say I nearly dread going out now knowing I have nicer beer at home that won't poison me the next day.

Cheers all
