Hi,

My name is Kevin, I live in Ashbourne Meath, been brewing (kit) for a year now and have made some fantastic stouts, ales and wheatbeers that I'm very happy with. Found this site when I was looking for pale malt (trying my first all grain brew, can't wait!) it looks great, I'm looking forward to sifting through it for helpful tips <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->
anyone know where I can get pale malt??Home brew west have been out for a while.

Hello guys,
Thomas here and living in Bray. Thanks for the useful tips and the great brewing knowledge walkthroughs. Thanks to them I could build a boiler, mash tun and immersion chiller.
I am brewing beer since last November, I did a couple of kits, two extract brews and now two all grains. My first all grain brew was a summer ale (R. Mosher receipt) and unfortunately nearly gone.
Next project will be a Weizenbier, I hope Ido not get a stuck sparge 
