Hi guys,

Thomas here, living in Donegal at the parent's house at the minute but down in Maynooth during college time.

Brewed a Coopers Irish Stout a few months ago which I think I may have screwed up due to over aeration.

Also brewed a Coopers Real Ale (with added orange peel and dry hopped Centennial + Centennial Hop Tea). Got good reviews off my brother but told I needed more hops (despite using about 40g). <!-- s:mrgreen: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt="" title="Mr. Green" /><!-- s:mrgreen: -->

All out of kits now so gonna move onto making it from scratch once I'm back at college I reckon. Plans are to make a decent stout, a ginger beer and a wheat beer.

Work in a pub/restaurant in Donegal at the weekend that refuses to get in "weird" beers but the boss doesn't seem to mind if I bring a few of my own anytime we're having a few there before heading out or anything so it's not too bad. Trying to convince him to get Erdinger in to start and then move on to other wheat beers from there and see what happens.

Some of my favourite beers include:
Clotworthy Dobbin
Sierra Nevada range
Schneider Weisse Tap7
BrewDog Hardcore IPA
