Hello all, and well done on the new site. I've been a member for a few months on the recommendation of Rossa, who turned me on to all grain brewing by donating an old boiler of his to me. Since then I've used the tutorials on ICB to build a mash tun and an immersion chiller with much success, and have knocked out a few brews since. Looking forward to doing a few more soon and possibly contributing a few recipes.

I made a few half-arsed kits a few years back and then tried an extract stout, the difference convinced me that it was worth investing a bit more in the process. Very glad I did now, and I'm actively looking to improve my set up. The jealousy I hold for Rossa's magnificent manshed is sinful. Space and cash can be hard to come by though!

Didn't realise there was such an interest in this whole craft beer area and I was a freak alone in the world !
Anyway thanks to Drinkstore and The Bull and Castle and Mulligans I can regulary pop into town for a nice tipple whenever I like.
I brewed my own way back when I was 18 in college and had plenty of room but haven't tried since those days.
I need to get some spare room or garden shed to start this again.
