Please let us know when you're up and running, it's always nice to be able to throw money towards someone who deserves it rather than the same ould same ould. Best of luck with the venture, next time I'm out that way hopefully will pop in.

yeah ditto. I go to limerick a lot, and gf is a foodie always looking to try new places, we'll pop out!

Should be up and running mid - august all going to plan. It's a bistro with wine licence so pretty limited, won't be able to serve anything on tap <!-- s:( --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" title="Sad" /><!-- s:( -->, only 20mins from city centre also so pop out

New to this place, living in Cork and still an infant in the brewing craft. Only have three (rather tasty) extract brews under my belt with a forth starting today! Hopping to move onto kegging later this year and maybe go all grain too!

You should check out the events section to see when the next munster meet is, dunno if a date has been set yet. you should come along sample some beer and bring some if you can.
