Hey everyone. Been lurking around here for a good while now so I figured it'd be just plain rude if I didn't finally make my first post! Tis great to have somewhere to chat about all things beer without being branded a beer snob!! I haven't managed to get around to brewing yet (admittedly due to laziness and impatience) but I've been big into trying out new brews any chance I've had for about 6 years now. I'm trying out alot of ales at the moment and particularly loving Clotworthy Dobbin and Brew Dog's Punk IPA. In between trying out new stuff, Brooklyn Lager or Sam Adam's Boston Lager are regulars.

I've made a few posts here already (and was lurking for a considerable time before that), but just realised that I never actually introduced myself, so: hi!

I'm based in Dublin now - haven't tried brewing as yet (can see myself getting into it eventually, but it's not on the cards at the moment). I'm satisfying myself in the meantime with the standard beer ratio - one Irish craft brew : one from anywhere I've never had before <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->
