I think the marketplace is flooded with uninspiring lagers from all over the world. I really don't see the point. At least the fizzy piss brewed under licence by diagio cuts down on food miles.

Agree. Would rather they tried to get Emersons in though, or one or two of the Montheiths or Wanaka Beerworks beers.
Hahns is meh. Boags is drinkable, but not a patch on Squires. Although all are far superier to Carlton, VB and 4X.

I can cope with a reasonable price increase, it's just the supplay that I'm worried about. I thought I was quick off the mark in ordering a case of Aventinus from realbeers.ie but the order is on hold....
