Love motueka, though that may not be available. Would be great to use new season kiwi hops. Definitely prefer west coast IPAs.

Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Mosaic are nigh on impossible to get unless they're contracted.

I've tasted quite a lot of Citra over the past few years (Nelson Sauvin, too, for that matter) but otherwise I agree with Irish Goat.

Fruity little numbers like Waimea, El Dorado, and Calypso would float my boat, too.

As for availability, I say we choose our ideal but also fall back options, then see how it goes when the time comes.

El dorado would be class. Loved the brew dog el dorado from the single hop series.
