ten yo yo a bag , of around ten kilos ( Ive found it to be about 11 kilos in the first bag .

had thought about passing it on too others on here , bur really , by the time I'd DHL it around the price starts to get close to the price guys are paying anyway from HBC or from England , and there's just no way I'm gonna start milling 3kg bags and posting them around , I'd never have time to brew then !!.

An excellent question. If I could get crushed Irish base malt of any kind, I would give it a try, as long as the price was not higher than the imports.

Yeah- greencore are a huge maltster. You'd have to buy by the tonne and I guess it can go off, so you'd need to be sure you could shift it. But I never understood why thehomebrewcompany didn't buy bulk hops and malt and repackage it into 10 and 20 kg malt bags. At least mezamo is starting to fill our hoppy lacuna

I got my pasta maker today Richie...do you think we can go national with them?

I believe kept in the right environs the grain will keep a long time....from what i'm told.
