Before you ditch the glass carboys from your site in favour of better bottles, be aware that not everybody likes them. They are certainly lighter than a carboy but then so is a plastic bucket. As far as I can see, better bottles combine the worst aspects of plastic buckets and carboys. They have the carboy's narrow neck, making them difficult to clean, but are made of plastic, like a bucket, making them more susceptible to playing host to house infections. I have recently moved to all stainless and glass fermentors.
If you are looking at expanding your range of products, there are storage considerations to take into account.
Hops, even when vacuum packed loose their potency with time, which is why they should be stored in a freezer. Liquid yeast is a delicate live culture and should be stored in a fridge, so that the maximum number of viable cells survive into the starter. Even dry yeast should be stored in a fridge.
