Looking good so far, though still in set-up mode. Layout is almost exactly like Oktoberfest: one big tent with picnic tables and food stands outside.

There are two beer engines inside on the main bar plus a separate cask bar outside with two more engines which is intended for the more special/seasonal stuff. If you want some Emerald, get it quick: there's only a few casks of it. There should be blackboards going up with information on what's on at any given time.

I saw somewhere in the literature that this has 100% Irish hops. Not only that, it's 100% Irish malt, which is something only a select few beers can boast. Unfortunately the bumpf didn't mention that.
