Sbillings I can provide a lift for you and your beer. Depending on space and stuff we should have room to transport more beer and posters and stuff. I think a meeting over a few pints might be needed to discuss closer to the time.

I'm hoping to brew some sort of a spring themed beer to be ready for around this festival. It'll be in bottles cos that's all I have so I'll bring those.

But, yes, an advance summit of all those travelling from Dublin would probably be a good idea beforehand.

I could probably aim to have some bottled stout for this.

Adeptus - there's keeping it simple, and there's public perception. I just think we should be careful how it's handled.

If we get any public in to perceive anything I'll be well chuffed.

Which suppliers would ye consider inviting to the event?
IMO the only sppliers that i would invite are those that regularly deliver their product successfully to the entire country, in my mind this is only two companies in Ireland, One Might i add has far more beer related products than the other whilst stocking approximately the same amount of wine and other brew making supplies.

Correct me if i am wrong.

There's probably three - four at a push, although not 'nationwide'.
Perhaps my reservations are unfounded, but if each supplier got equal billing on any literature I would be happy.

There is the chance, of course, as TBN said, that there will be more of us than punters, but it should be a good day either way.
