It's absolutely vital that we stay in communication with the Franciscan Well all through the planning: this is their house and their rules. Please can someone from the Cork side act as liaison with Shane and the Well staff -- keep them informed of what we're discussing here and -- most importantly -- pass their feedback to us here.

I nominate Rebel as he seems to have good well established contact with the lads, what with the getting yeast/grain crushed etc.

I'm new to the scene, but have been won over by the quality of brew's that I tasted at the recent ICB munster meet. Willing to help out where I can.
