Yes I liked the Ayinger Weizenbock too - I would say the Weihenstephaner Vitus is also in this family - all lovely beers!

A new off licence open across the road from Superquinn in Ashtown (just beside the train station) it's a "carry out" so think its owned by O'breins , but does seem to have The Shepads Neame beers, Scneider Weisse Beers, Grren King, Innis and Gunee, Wychwood beers etc. Just went in very briefly. It only opened today and there seems to be a good bit of space to be filled in the fridges still.

I'll update when its fully stocked. Handy new addition to the area if they continue stocking them, for me anyway!

Hooray for the mainstreaming of decent UK beers!

I see Superquinn have added Hobgoblin and Innis & Gunne to their line of Fuller's and Shepherd Neame beers.

At this rate we'll all be supping cask Guinness by Christmas...
