Redmond's are stocking Korenwolf wit beer, it come's in a blue bottle and is made with wheat, rye, barley and spelt.

The Korenwolf is tasty and very full flavoured for a wit. Sainsburys stocked it last year - sadly it can't have been a big seller as they only had it for about a month...

I actually bought a couple of Korenwolf glasses a few years back in The Square, Tallaght (of all places) in a sort of "seconds" shop.

I picked up a bottle of Ayinger Weizen Bock in Lilac Wines at the weekend. Very very nice, not as sweet as some of the weissbiers despite the alcohol content, and more clove esters than banana, but both are there in spades. It reminded me a little of the Schneider/Brooklyn collaboration. Someday all weissbier will be made like this (well, probably not)
