Actually, BeerNut, you're quite right about the Martin's Pale Ale. Have just had the second of the two bottles I bought and it was as different from the first one as Goose Island is from Smithwicks. Apologies for use of the "S" word! Can only assume the first bottle was off, and will definitely be getting some more on next visit.

Weihenstephaner Vitus weizenbocks,

should be interesting

Yeah, picked up one of each in DrinkStore. They have a new terrifying-looking Russian lager in. Allegedly made by Baltika, but label looks rather more handmade. I passed. For now.
