I found the Weihenstephaner Vitus rather disappointing - not alot more flavour than the hefe.

Had a hefe last night. I like that beer so much. My favourite of the lighter weissbiers.

Just looked at the coppers, its from 2006 so it may not be as hoppy as stated

I don't shop often in Tesco, but went there this week-end.
I grabbed the last bottle of Tesco Finest Wheat Beer, brewed in France, and thought it was lovely. Anyone elese has tried this ?

But this was in 2006. Sure they changed the recipe since.
Just to clarify your critic : you thought it was not a good beer at all or not a beer that matched your expectations for a wheat ?
