Surely the only way is to form an association like the Soil Association in the UK or the Federation of Master Builders or RECI or CORGI and invite brewers to join. If they meet the associations standards ( and in most cases pay large sum of money ) then they have the right to use the associations logo / name etc
Also pubs / off-licenses who stock beers from the above brewers and others that meet the associations criteria ( whatever they may be ) would have the right to display the logo / name etc
In return the association markets the product in general and handles PR and the press etc.

Ok, I'm going to start another thread in the member's forum as I don't really understand that one, which seems to be about trademarking a phrase rather than an accreditation programme.
