Hello! I'm a long time lurker that finally decided to post. I used to drink nothing but Guinness but then I went on holiday to Germany and discovered beer. My favourite drinks at the moment would be Goods Store IPA and bottled Hop Head.

Hello everyone! I'm Lee from Wexford. Just got my second beer kit in the post today first one didn't turn out too bad (it was a real ale by Woodford) i now have a Bock style beer and my question is can i put in half sugar half spraymalt because i only ordered one bag of 500g. Thanks in advance for the help!!

Hi Lee, and welcome aboard! To answer your question, yes! In fact, most people would recommend using malt extract/spraymalt to replace the sugar in kits. In something like a bock beer you're well justified in doing a half-and-half.
