Just got my second beer kit in the post today first one didn't turn out too bad (it was a real ale by Woodford) i now have a Bock style beer and my question is can i put in half sugar half spraymalt because i only ordered one bag of 500g. barry m Topic Author Offline Posts: 4307	Hi Lee, and welcome aboard! To answer your question, yes! In fact, most people would recommend using malt extract/spraymalt to replace the sugar in kits. In something like a bock beer you're well justified in doing a half-and-half.
