Welcome to the site, oddwire. Unfortunately we tend to delete noby's more extreme and defamatory rantings before anyone sees them so you won't find much to report back on here.

That's why I decided to out myself - he knows I'm always on here, thought it only fair he knew who I was!

have been using this site for a little while now and never introduced myself <!-- s:oops: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_redface.gif" alt="" title="Embarassed" /><!-- s:oops: -->

I was given a starter kit last christmas and unfortunately started it (following the [i:myopx9qe]brilliant[/i:myopx9qe] instructions supplied with it) before I found the wealth of knowledge that is this site.
Since then, I now understand the process a lot better and so am enjoying getting to grips with making my own brew.
I'll be sticking to kits for a while, probably till I've tried various different types, but can see myself progressing to extract and maybe even all grain at some stage.

I'm also using the site a good while now and never posted in here. I started last November, also following the instructions on kits, luckily I then discovered 3kg kits and stuck with it despite creating some really crappy sour sugary beers at the start.
