Hey All, my name is Roger but myself and my friend Chris have called our little operation Sminleybräu (a juxtaposition of our surnames, if you're interested!). Anyway, so far we've made 1 very successful kit Pilsner and have a kit Weissbier conditioning in bottle at the moment. We're stocked to move on to extract brewing now and hopefully I'll be tapping into the knowledge base that is this site before we start. I have some brewing knowledge from previous work in the industry but its an adjustment going from macro to micro. I've obtained the seemingly obligatory copy of Palmer's How To Brew and am devouring it at a ferocious rate!
