On branded glasses: Aren't they supplied by the brewery anyway? What does the pub lose when they go missing? And granted the BREWERY loses something when branded glasses are stolen, especially the opportunity to advertise the product, but doesn't it also gain something valuable such as good feeling towards the brand from the thief themselves and maybe advertising to the thief's friends when they bring the glasses out at home. And a lot of drinking goes on at home these days. I'm not saying it's not a problem when glasses get stolen, but I wonder if it really is the massive negative people in this forum seem to be suggesting.
