I would seriously recommend looking into the Spiedel system from Germany. Its available (for very good prices) from HBW:

They do 20, 50, 200 and now 500 litre versions

Spectac have been producing great tanks for many years and are now starting to make brew houses . Contact Faye for a quote. They are in talks with several Irish breweries who are expanding

I don't think he's in the business any more. He built the kits currently in use at Metalman and JW Sweetman.

I know this is an old thread so sorry for dragging it up - but I guess it's better than starting a new one on the same topic!

Anyway I've done work for Irish micros on the cooling side. The industry seems to be booming right now as I have enquiries in every week almost - so if anyone wants input in that regard let me know.
