Yea all water boils at 100c at normal atmosphere no such thing as cold brewed

But its a marketing term to confuse people into thing that brewing is part of or the same as fermentation,

I'm shocked and saddened by your cynical attitude. The good people at Diageo would never stoop so low as to tun their proud brewing heritage and unparalleled skill, into simple marketing jargon. For shame!

As I said normal atmosphere pressure, example breweries in Colorado do boil at a slightly lower temp.

Is this because they are so high up and atmospheric pressure lower ?
If so it must be a bitch brewing near the dead sea - 400 meters below sea level <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

Wonder how this effects the beer ?
