I'm just looking at a few extract recipes in 'Brewing Classic Styles' and many of the recipes call for 'Pilsner LME', 'Munich LME' (these two are often combined) or 'English Pale Ale LME'. What's the difference between (or equivalents of) these and the Light / Amber / Dark descriptions we're used to?
