We have to wait until the LME arrives in about 5 weeks. I'll place a post here as soon as it arrives. At that stage, I'd ask the local guys to collect at the shop in Galway, and the others to place a small order for a yeast / hops to cover the shipping costs; email us immediately after placing that order to remind the packers to add the LME. Please don't place these orders until after I post here that the LME has arrived.

It was very interesting looking back on that thread last night. How little we knew then! Pure determination. As you can see, we got a lot of support, encouragement and advice from you guys on that ingredients thread.
