Here is my first brew with the LME. Will be sticking it on tomorrow.

Beer Name .44 Magnum
Style: American Amber Ale
Type: Extract w/grain
Size: 22 liters
Estimated Color: 9 HCU (~7 SRM)
Estimated Bitterness: 35 IBU
Estimated OG: 1.044 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.4% v/v (3.5% w/w)
Grain
200g amber malt
200g Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
100g Torrified wheat
Boil: 60 minutes
3kg Light malt extract
Hops:
25g Magnum (13% AA, 60 min.)
25g EKG (5% AA, 30 min.)
25g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
25g Fuggles (aroma)

Well I finally got around to using some of the cans today. Must say extract brewing does have its advantages. Got 2 brews done this evening. <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) --> My first extract batch. Normally do all grain. Knocks a fair bit of time off a brewday.

Christmas made a big dent in my reserves so in a few weeks should have a nice few kegs ready.

Fair play to all at home brew west.
Wort smells great. Super fresh.
Will report back in a few weeks.
