Maybe the Oslo crowd will open a Dublin Brew Pub companion to Against the Grain? (And maybe they'll get rid of the god-awful lager and replace it with something decent.)
-Sorry the complete lack of quality and constant variability of that beer has been welling up inside me for a long time and had to come out. Terrible beer. I waited on it patiently during the rebadging, the subsequent "reformulation" and I tried in it both Galway and Dublin. It's time to call it quits on that beer. (I think I had more lactic acid than I had beer in my last pint.)-Yes the lactic acid could be from the line; but the brewery owns the line and the entire pub in this case.

I'd LOVE to see another brewpub and the Oslo/Against the Grain/Salthouse guys really seem to know how to combine good food, great beer (except for that lager), and a fantastic ambiance so I'm dreaming a little bit.
